Hello, I’m Aaron Bratton, a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS). While I hold the title of “doctor,” I see myself as someone with a skillset and education that allows me to serve my community. My goal has always been to build personal connections with the people who walk through my clinic’s doors.

I was born and raised in Atkins, where I grew up playing baseball and being part of this community. Returning here to continue my father’s legacy was a natural decision. Many of you may know him—he founded this clinic 37 years ago. For the past 10 years, I’ve had the privilege of stepping into his role, continuing the work he dedicated his career to. Like him, I attended the same alma mater, received the same high-quality education, and built upon that foundation to serve the people of Atkins.

My journey in dentistry began as a dental assistant, working alongside my father. Observing the impact he had on his patients—restoring their smiles and, in many cases, their confidence—was truly inspiring. Seeing the emotional relief and gratitude of patients firsthand showed me that dentistry is not just about fixing teeth; it’s about restoring lives. While it may not be life-saving in a medical sense, the ability to help someone regain their confidence, their ability to eat comfortably, and their willingness to engage socially is just as meaningful.

I love what I do, and I am grateful to the community that trusts me to continue this work. As our clinic grows, I look forward to expanding our services and welcoming future associates while staying true to our mission—caring for the people of Atkins, just as we always have.

Why Minimally Invasive Dental Implants Expand Your Treatment Options

Minimally invasive dental implants broaden eligibility. Traditionally, candidacy relied on available bone and the scope of surgery. With bone loss or more involved procedures, options often felt limited before being fully considered. Eligibility, though, is not defined by one standard. It is a way to evaluate your overall health and determine how treatment can work. Sometimes that means preparing [...]

What Is a Roundhouse Bridge? Rethinking Denture Support With Dental Implants

Most improvements in dentistry do not come from starting over. They come from taking something that already works and asking how it can work better. A traditional denture does a lot. It restores a full smile and helps you return to a more balanced diet. It replaces what was lost in a way that feels complete again. But there [...]

What It Means To Have a Dentist in Atkins You Can Rely On

Oral health often sits outside the way people think about routine healthcare. Many healthcare and insurance structures treat dental care as separate from general medicine, which can make dental visits feel optional or easy to put off. Cost, insurance limitations, and availability can also make consistent care harder to maintain. When those barriers are in place, early signs of [...]

Understanding Dental Fear and How Sedation Dentistry Can Help

A nationwide survey of 1,003 U.S. adults found that 72.6% reported some level of fear about going to the dentist, ranging from moderate anxiety to severe fear. In other words, dental fear is far more common than many people realize. When anxiety grows strong enough, it can delay appointments or make routine care feel difficult to face. Over time, [...]

Mini Implants vs. Traditional Implants [Video Breakdown]

A dental implant is one of the most beneficial tooth-replacement options because it replaces a missing tooth at its root. The implant is placed in the jawbone and then used to support a crown, bridge, or denture. Other tooth replacement options can still restore a smile, and in some cases, they may be the right fit. But dental implants [...]

How Much Do Clear Aligners Cost? [Video Q&A]

If you have been researching ways to straighten your teeth, you have probably started wondering about what clear aligners cost. That question usually comes up early, because before committing to treatment, you want to understand what the investment might look like. The reason there is no single number for clear aligner treatment is that every smile begins in a [...]

How a One-Piece Dental Implant Simplifies Tooth Replacement

There is a certain relief that comes with opening a box and finding that what you ordered is already assembled. No extra parts or an instruction booklet that reads like a puzzle. No second-guessing whether something was tightened correctly or aligned the right way. The structure is complete from the start. Each step builds on the one before it, [...]

Dental Implants in Little Rock, AR: What To Know Before Treatment

Progress in health and science rarely stops at proving that something works. It continues by improving access, refining techniques, and expanding who can safely receive care. Traditional implants established a reliable way to replace missing teeth, restore function, and support long-term oral health. Ongoing innovation then focused on reducing surgical demands, shortening recovery, and helping patients who were not [...]
