At Atkins Dental Clinic, we welcome patients of all ages, from toddlers to seniors. When your child’s first teeth begin to emerge, we encourage you to bring them in for an introductory visit. This allows them to become familiar with the dental environment and learn that not everyone in scrubs is there to give them a shot.
Their first visit is all about making them feel comfortable. We take the time to interact with them, introduce them to the dental chair, and gently brush their teeth to show that dental care can be a positive experience. If they ever need treatment in the future, this early exposure helps them feel more at ease.
At the end of their appointment, they get to rummage through the treasure box and pick out a prize as a reward for being such a great little patient. Our goal is to create a welcoming and stress-free experience that sets the foundation for a lifetime of good oral health.
